IND Fraud Report
In extreme cases, both the au pair and the host family may file a complaint regarding the au pair's stay in the Netherlands, the host family, or the agency through the official au pair abuse telephone line.
Au Pair Abuse Telephone Line
Managed by the IND — specifically intended for au pairs experiencing abuse or exploitation.
Depending on the nature of the complaint, it may be forwarded to the relevant authorities, including the Aliens Police, the Inspectorate SZW, or the Immigration and Naturalisation Service (IND).
