Au Pair Mediation Request

If you have a complaint about your host family regarding tasks not included in the light household tasks category or work longer hours than the agreed 30 hours per week or have any problem regarding your stay with the host family, you must try to resolve these issues first with them. However, if you are unable to resolve these issues even by talking to your host family, the Sunshine Au Pair agency should be contacted, and a Mediation Request should be raised in writing.

After the Mediation Request is received, we will make the necessary steps to understand the situation and help arrive at solutions through mediation. If the problem cannot be resolved, the Sunshine Au Pair agency will make a decision based on what the Au Pair prefers as a next step.
