Self-Matched Applications

With Self-Matched applications, the Host Family decides to work with an Au Pair candidate that they found on their own through their own network or any Au Pair website (AuPairWorld, AuPair.com, etc). Once you have selected your own candidate, you will refer the candidate to us and the procedure in the infographic below will now start.

We will provide our support and guide you through the steps. We will screen the candidate, provide our interview feedback, and check the references thoroughly. We also make sure that both parties understand the program well to aid in the success of the Au Pair year.
