There are two ways to become a Sunshine Au Pair:
If you haven’t found a family yet, apply to join our database. Families will browse and may invite you to interview.
Important: We don’t assign families. You can only match by mutual agreement.
You’ve already found a Host Family in the Netherlands. Great! Your Host Family can register and list you as their chosen Au Pair. We’ll handle the paperwork.
To give yourself the best chance of success, please make sure you understand that the au pair program is a cultural exchange, not a job.
The program is designed to provide a maximum 12 month stay in the Netherlands.
